7 Day Detox Instructions

7-day cleanse and detox 

This 7-day detox is as follows:

• Day one: 3 AM & 3 PM
• Day two: 3 AM & 3 PM
• Day three: 2 AM & 2 PM
• Day four: 2 AM
• Day five: 2 AM
• Day six: 2 AM
• Day seven: 2 AM & 2 PM

Example: take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules before dinner PM please allow 4 hours before going to bed after second dose of the day. 

 

Take:

2 Drops of heavy metal removal under tongue OR 1 dropper full in 1 cup of hot water (Can be done before or after taking capsules)

 

Nourish & protect 

Take 3 capsules every AM AFTER detox is complete to replenish the cells in your body. This is important to absorb nutrients.
