Over time fungus inflammation and heavy metals in the digestive tract make it difficult for the body to function properly as well as getting along with other organs and bodily functions. On a day to day  we consume foods with drugs and chemicals and  our air and water is polluted, detoxing gives our bodies a chance to cleanse those toxins that damage cells , DNA  , increase inflammation that can have a affect on our health.

Detoxing aims to remove the cause of disease before it makes us sick, keep a working immune system , keep regular, better circulation and and stress under control health and quality of our lives.

Can I detox while pregnant?

We recommend you don’t detox while pregnant nor breastfeeding.

Is it safe to eat while detoxing? If so what kind of foods should I eat?

Yes, it is safe to eat while detoxing you just would consider not eating red meat fried foods dairy and overly processed foods and sugar.  Favor foods such as wild rice Quinoa spelt Amaranth

Chickpea pasta, Hemp Seeds, Leafy Greens , sprouted bread, Mushrooms, Bell peppers, Zucchini, dandelion, greens, okra, sea veggies ,Watercress, Apples, Berries, Mangos, Peaches, Cucumbers, Garbanzo beans, Kale, Plums, cantaloup, Seeded grapes, Figs, Dates ,Papaya ,Walnuts ,Coconut milk, Hemp milk mainly nut milk Baked chicken baked salmon. What are things I should avoid during detoxing if any?

Avoiding foods &. Things such as White breads, White rice, White pasta, Sugary drinks, Candy, Alcohol, Caffeinated beverages, Soda & Carbonated drinks, Coffee, Fruit concentrated drinks, High sodium foods, Dairy products, Cow milk, Cheese, Sour cream, vitamins (store bought) Canola oil, Red meat, Fast food. Even sustaining from inhaling harsh chemicals like cleaning products and candles with toxic chemicals could be very beneficial to detoxing. It's probably best to prepare food and meals before detoxing so when feeling hungry you can still stay the course and not act out the withdrawals from sugars and caffeine if any. Can I work out while detoxing?

Yes if your body allows it and you feel safe to do so. Always stay hydrated and eat enough fruits. Start with low intensity work outs to see how you feel.

Try Belly Breathing exercises during the detox 

Belly breathing also know as diaphragmatic breathing.

It tones the abdomen and decreases belly fat, ensures smooth bowel movements, and relaxes the muscles in our body. This breathing exercise also helps you better connect with yourself.

  • Sit or lie down comfortably, and put one hand on the belly and the other hand on your chest.
  • Relax the muscles in the neck and shoulders.
  • Breathe in slowly through the nose, keeping the mouth closed.
  •  As you breathe in, only the hand on your belly should be moving forward and your belly filling up like balloon. (the hand on lungs should not move as much). Hold the fill in for a few seconds
  • As you breathe out (quickly) let the stomach deflate and repeat
